- Supervise and collaborate with Client Support Assistants and Administrative staff as needed.
- Accurately record billable time, ensure prompt invoicing of fees and costs, and proactively monitor case profitability.
- Engage with prospective clients and, as experience grows, build and manage an independent caseload.
- Stay updated on developments in US immigration law and fulfil Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements by attending relevant conferences.
- Participate in business development, networking, and client outreach activities.
About You:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or the foreign equivalent).
- Admission to a US state or Washington, D.C. bar – OR taking the bar exam imminently.
- Strong interest in relocating to/working in the United Kingdom.
